Job Sponsorship is available in Australia for a skilled Business Analyst with Remedy v7 experience.

You will have an understanding of how information technology interfaces with the functional groups within an organisation, and be experienced in providing conceptual data and business process models and re-engineering expertise to support clients.

You will also have:

• Experience with Remedy v7 (essential), however other versions will be considered
• Experience with Remedy and ITSM tools, and how they interact with IT and the business
• Requirements Gathering experience
• Exposure to Service desk or equivalent environment
• Gap Analysis and experience working closely with clients / vendors etc
