- Undertake IA reports, crisis stabilisation and other forms of due diligence reviews of distressed companies.
- Wide variety of formal insolvency engagements including VA’s, receiverships, trade-on’s and liquidations.
- Assignments particularly coming from the Property and Construction industries.
- As a Big 4 you will find this division has a lot of work in the pipeline, offering the opportunity to obtain invaluable experience in all facets of Restructuring and providing a secure environment as the economy picks up.
- Lead a small team of staff and report direct to a Partner in most instances.
- Responsibility for driving the progress of small to medium sized files.
- Part of a wider team on larger engagements.
- CA/CPA qualified. 5 + years Insolvency experience. Sponsorship considered.
